Admin Portal

The admin portal is the web-based management interface where vendors configure and operate their loyalty program. You manage customers, earn rules, rewards, campaigns, API credentials, and team members from there.

Accessing the portal

Log in at /admin/login with your email and password. After authentication, you're directed to the dashboard.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your loyalty program:

  • Usage statistics: transactions used vs. limit, active customers vs. limit, displayed as visual progress bars
  • Quick access cards: links to rewards, transactions, and other key areas

Roles and permissions

The portal supports two user roles with different levels of access:

RoleAccess
AdminFull management of own vendor's data: customers, earn rules, rewards, campaigns, API clients, team, billing, and settings
ViewerRead-only access to own vendor's data: can browse but cannot create, edit, or delete

The sidebar provides access to all management sections:

  • Dashboard: overview and usage statistics
  • Customers: manage customer profiles, identifiers, and wallets
  • Loyalty cards: generate batches of card codes and export them as CSV for your print shop
  • Earn Rules: configure how customers earn points
  • Products: browse the API-synced catalogue and turn products into rewards
  • Rewards: create and manage redeemable rewards
  • Campaigns: set up promotional point multipliers
  • API Clients: manage OAuth2 credentials for POS integrations
  • Team: invite and manage team members
  • Settings: vendor configuration and expiration settings
  • Billing: view subscription, usage, and invoices

Common UI patterns

The Search button in the top bar opens a search box. You can also press Ctrl+K, or Cmd+K on a Mac. Press the same keys again, or Escape, to close it.

Type a word of at least 3 characters. The box then shows:

  • Customers: by name, email or phone, or by part of a card code from 4 characters, with the best match first. As in the customers list, a small typo in a name is fine and accents do not matter. A deactivated customer carries the label Deactivated. When more than 5 customers match, All results opens the customers list with the same search.
  • Rewards and Campaigns: by part of the name, when your role can manage them.

From the first character, the box also lists the sidebar pages whose name holds what you typed.

Press Enter to open the selected result. A barcode scanner works too: scan a card, and the box opens the first customer as soon as the answer arrives. With the field empty, the box lists the customers you opened from it in this browser in the last 24 hours.

A platform operator in their own portal searches vendors by name, email or VAT number, and users by name or email.

Status badges

Color-coded badges indicate the current state of resources throughout the portal:

ColorMeaning
BlueActive
GrayInactive / Deactivated
Yellow outlinePending
RedSuspended / Failed / Expired

Tables

Most list pages feature sortable columns (click headers to sort), filters (status, type), and pagination. The customers list also includes a search field with live filtering.

Destructive actions

Delete, deactivate, and anonymize actions always require confirmation through a dialog before proceeding.

Feature availability

Some features depend on your billing plan:

When a feature is not included in your plan, the related sections display a lock indicator. Contact your platform operator to upgrade.
