Team & Settings
The Team and Settings sections let you manage who has access to your admin portal and configure your loyalty program settings.
Team management
Navigate to Team in the sidebar to manage your team.
Inviting team members
Click Invite team member to open the invitation dialog:

| Role | Admin (full management access) or Viewer (read-only access) |
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and set up their account. Invitations expire after a set period.
Pending invitations
The invitations table shows all invitations with:

| Status | Pending (waiting), Active (accepted), or Deactivated (expired) |
You can delete pending invitations that haven't been accepted yet.
Settings
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
Vendor information
Edit your vendor's profile details:
- Display Name: the public-facing brand name
- Contact Email and Contact Phone
- Address: street, city, postal code, country
- Brand Colors: primary and accent colors (with color picker)
Legal name
The legal name can only be changed by platform operators. Contact your administrator if it needs updating.
Logo
Upload your brand logo, displayed in the admin portal and available through the API's branding endpoint (GET /api/v1/me). Click the upload area to select an image file.
Point expiration
Configure whether earned points expire after a set period:

| Enable point expiration | Toggle on/off |
| Expiration months | Number of months after which points expire (minimum 1) |
When enabled, each batch of earned points receives an expiration date. Expired points are automatically deducted from customer wallets.
Plan feature
Point expiration requires the Point expiration capability on your billing plan.
Current plan
The settings page displays your current billing plan with:
- Plan name and pricing
- Feature availability indicators (campaigns, expiration)
- Link to the billing page for subscription details
